Also known as reduction mammoplasty, it is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing the size, correcting the position and improving the general appearance of the breasts.

The procedure is indicated in women who present problems derived from the weight and excessive size of the breasts, such as back, neck and shoulder pain, skin irritation and infection, psychological alterations with physical or sexual repercussions, difficulty or inability to carry out activities sports, among others.
